I was replaceing kitchen cabinets and found that when they were originally installed a screw was driven through the copper waterline. I called John explained what was going on he had me send photos and then walked me through fixing the issue myself. Didn’t charge me anything and took the time to make sure I could do this work myself. The fix took me 15min and was extremely easy. John could have easily charge me a lot for this job or have said he didn’t have time for me. I can promise you I will call John anytime I have and plumbing issue. Good to know that there is someone that honestly wants to help.

John is the best plummer around my hot water heater was busted and I was without hot water, I was told that it would need replacing costing me thousands of dollars but john was able to come in and fix it costing me little to nothing. I agree!! No need to call anyone else! They are the greatest and easy to talk to! I wish I had found them sooner! I had someone on Facebook refer me to John, so I called him and he came out same day. My outside faucet pipe was split under the siding. He and Amber, came in fixed it within an hour and gave me an excellent price. I would refer him to anyone that needs a plumber. He is very personable as is Amber. I will use him again.

John is awesome! I had a small drip under my house – he was in the neighborhood when I called, and stopped over right after my call. I recently had upper back surgery, so I’m not able to stoop down and fix things under the house at this time. John fixed it in about 5 minutes, then didn’t charge me a dime! Best plumber ever ! Leak in our hot water line which also does our heating fixed it fast and referred us to a person for the water damage . Plus asked about replace of water heater . South west plumbing quoted us 15000 to replace he said only 2000 , didnt realize we were gonna be ripped off by the other place . Will never go to anyone else again .

I highly recommend this company, John the Plumber. We had a leaking outside faucet and they fixed it quickly and even tightened up the loose screws that attached the faucet to the house. Above and beyond is what I call it. The workers were so prompt and kind. I was thoroughly pleased with the service we got.

Very satisfied with the work! John and Amber arrived after notifying me they were running a bit late. They quickly confirmed the problem with the outside faucet leak. John then described in detail how he was going to fix it, while Amber quickly came up with the quote for the work. Once finished John let me know that the water company would offer some portion of refund on my water bill for the high use due to the leak, if I provided repair details. We will definitely use them again!
